MALES CAN'T FAKE AN ERECTION, NOR CAN THEY FAKE THEIR ORGASM. If the condom started empty and ends up with a white liquid inside then the man ejaculated and males only ejaculate when they have an orgasm. It is hard wired into their bodies.
Males are genetically designed to breed often and with as many mates as possible. This is the best way to spread their genes. That's why a picture of a hot looking woman is enough to get most males aroused.
Women need more they need the relationship, so just a picture isn't enough for most women. Their genetic design gears them to breed with one male, to carry a child to birth, and raise that child. To do this they need to keep a mate, which is why human women and males are always "in season" the promise of sex is enough to keep a male's interest.
This is in our genetic heritage and our instincts. Men and Women can rise above some of their instincts, but some we cannot. A male cannot fake an orgasm anymore than he can fake his heartbeat. It is possible with a lot of medical intervention, but most guys don't bother.
In addition to the relationship women need a male to penetrate deeply and stay inside for a longer time, that's why it takes more time for the female to get an orgasm. This is hard wired into her body so each sexual encounter will have a higher chance of successfully producing a child.
Since a woman needs deep and sustained penetration the symptoms of her orgasm can be hidden or faked. Males are designed to breed quickly and often. Their male member is out for the world to see, the effects of his orgasm are just as clear.
Why do you think your boy friend is faking an orgasm? Do you trust him that little, or do you distrust your relationship? Answer those questions and you might improve your relationship. Since women are complex creatures they think that men are too. We aren’t, we don’t have to be, the direct approach is usually the best way to approach a male. We don’t need to fake and orgasm, because it is so easy to get one. Women are the ones that need more, and they are the only ones who can fake orgasms. They do this to make the male happy and possibly keep him in the relationship. This improves her chance of breeding and raising a family. Again it is all in the genes and the design of the human.

If there's no condom (there should *always* be a condom!), then there's no way.
If there is a condom, then you can check it if you really want to. (Gross.)
If he withdraws because you guys are "on me not in me", then it should be easy enough, but if he's faking then he probably wouldn't do that.
But why make a big deal? It's not like with women. It's highly embarrassing if a guy has to fake it, so cut him some slack. Maybe he's having a hard day or is stressed out. Obsessing about his orgasms is just going to make things worse, so just leave it for a while. If it turns into an ongoing problem, then bring it up -- GENTLY -- and go from there.

I didn't know a guy could fake an orgasm. I think the lack of fluids and the hard thingy would give that away.

hmm hy gay partners stevie and daveey hmm faking a orgasm, no way we both know what each other likes and in the lasy 5 years as far as both of know doing the big bang all night long hot heavy screwing i doubt if either of us have just faked a orgasm, no way theres no way too gay dudes like us who are very very much in love after al this time,(and we are built too) and a soliodd committment that we would just fake it like that not around here the way we do the big bang every night!! therwes just no faking it maybe other gay partners doo buy most of young gay male friends have said nothing about it and we have tons and tons of gay male friends etc!!

he cant fake an orgasm he will ejaculates but studies do show that some men can still have an orgasm without actually ejaculating

Women can very rarely ***, but can easily muliple ejaculate. A man can have an orgasm without cumming.
