I used to eat a lot between meals, but I stopped it. I wanna know if this will help me loose weigh.

I walk on a treadmill every day as well.

I eat every meal, I just stopped eating BETWEEN them :P

6 small meals a day is best. My advice? You need to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.

Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Yup!!Of course it will!
But during meals dont get too much, dont get full.just sasitfied.
also try to get some other exercise besides treadmill. i know on a treadmill u get very tired so u would stop!
so go outside a ride a bicycle. or buy one at home where u can excersice on it,the excersice machine like a bicycle lol.and ride it fast or slow,when tired or when u dont feel like walking or running on a treadmill or after one.u can ride the machine when watching tv and stuff.=)

Maybe, but make sure you excersice! And DONT stop eating every meal, because your energy will do down and you wont be able to excersice. Hope that helps!

Thats good of u.but not eating between meals yet eating unhealthy meals wont be good for u. so always try eating healthy and eat as fresh as possible. :)
