that is a tricky question, because some women will fake when she cannot achieve her orgasm as a way of being "nice" to the guy to not bruise his ego. Another reason for a woman to fake is if she feels that the guy is getting frustrated that she may be taking longer than he expected. Sometimes even body language can't be trusted. I personally don't feel the need to fake it. If I'm not being satisfied, I let him know. Otherwise how else will he know? I have done it before just to get it over with and he never knew the difference.
