you need a strong man so that he can help you to break your bones to make a N out of it

You need a flexible body for this.
Stand straight, then slowly start bending on your back with your hands straight, keep bending until your hands touch the ground.
It will make an "n".....
small one not capital one though......

lie on you back put ur knees up an put ur arms up
