My brother, and obviously his partner, are gay. I live with them. And yes I'm a guy. And personally I don't want to go to a heaven that they don't get included into because of their sexuality. You bible bashing christians can turn to your church, and just have a good look at how many "straight" chaste men you find. Hypocrites.
My sister is a Wiccan, my Brother is Gay, My mother is a Spiritual Mystic, and my father believes that Aliens created us. So basically none of them are going to heaven by the bibles account, so neither am I purely because it wouldn't be heaven without my family, and I don't want to be a part of anything that excludes people because a dictator (GOD) disagrees with a style of life, set of beliefs, or sexual orientation. If god is all understanding, then he will understand that those people are good because of who they are NOT because of what they believe, or who they choose to sleep with of any sex.
T
P.S. Oh yeah you bible bashers are a lovely bunch, forget the Crusades did we, or just to ignorant to even know what they are???? *****.

The answer is NO.
Homosexuality is a sin that the Enemy has made an "acceptable" life-style. The Bible, God's Word, however, disagree's with that.
Leviticus 18:22 "You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination."
and then it talks about "abominations" in verse 29 "for whoever commits any of these abominations shall be cut off from their people."
I don't want to go deep into this cause I know most of you wont read the whole thing. Basically, both forms of homosexuality is a sin agains God and 1 John 3:8 says "everyone who commits sin is a child of the devil" YOU CANNOT BE LIVING IN SIN AND CALL YOURSELF A CHRISTIAN....its like calling yourself a "democratic republican"......IF YOU WANT TO READ ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS TO THOSE WHO CONTINUE IN SIN WHEN THEY KNOW ABOUT GOD, READ ROMANS 1:18-32.
Anyway, God hates sin...not the person. Nobody is "born gay". If you believe in the Lord God and want to receiver salvation into heaven, you must repent of your sin or God will say "depart from me for I never knew you" on the day of judgement.
If you die living as a homosexual, you will go to hell for dwelling in that sin and not laying it at the feet of Jesus. IT'S THE TRUTH. But that doesn't mean we should be mean to people who are homosexuals, instead love on them and disciple them then God will deliver them from their sins. The Bible says we must walk as Jesus. He did not hate the people, he hated the sin. We should do the same.

Dear Lachelle: Absolutely YES. I am heterosexual and an anointed spiritual teacher. The answer is YES. Jesus is not pleased with brothers persecuting each other. Therefore, only Ancient Man, in his oral traditions of the Old Testament could have ever said such things about it angering God. Why do not Gays understand : Jesus will happily work through your mind and turn you into one of His teachers - at work for Him and the Father - and you can remain as Gay as you please.
Now you all understand. Love and Peace !

It is not a matter of what you do or don't do that determines your eternal residence, but rather WHO YOU KNOW.
Scripture makes it plain sinners are not going to be there (which includes fornicators).
What will allow a sinner to reside at the feet of the Savior is the trust in His provision and redemption. When we are seen by the Father through the shed blood of His Son, the Spirit makes intercession for us.
But with that regeneration comes the REPENTANCE necessary to actually follow the way of the Lamb.
Paul says that whatever we do, we cause Jesus to do. Very good motivation to make it a practice NOT to sin, and ask forgiveness when we fail.
Salvation truly transcends sexuality.
We are told not to do certain things because it is not good for us or the social fabric of which we are a part. God makes it clear what He thinks of homosexuality. But He also makes it clear what he thinks of adultery, fornication, avarice, and a whole host of "SINS". It isn't the action that makes it so bad, it is the attitude behind it.

I guess the best answer to this question is a question. If you had a really great place, say the best nightclub in the history of the world and you have specific standards for who got in to the nightclub. Would you let just anyone in irregardless of what they did or who they were or if there behavior was such that it an abomination to you. I would ask would you let them in????
Of course you wouldn't!! No one would!!
This is how it is for homosexuals and heavan. By the Bible, The holy word of God, this behavior is not only a sin but an abomination before God. It is a perversion of what God created in Adam and Eve and although this is a very controversial statement. Yes,. God will separate himself from those who are homosexual when he judges us. He will look at the Book of Life and if a person's name is not there because of their unrepentance and death in thier sin, then they will be cast into the Lake of Fire.

The thing here to remember is that God hates the sin, and Not the sinner. If you're gay, it's by choice. Only God knows your heart, and He knows if you repent of your sin, and accept Jesus; and follow Him; then you will go to Heaven. The same goes for satanists, rapeists [sp],adulterists, murderers, etc. The choice is their's alone.

It's a sin in Gods eyes, but to God a sin is the same as any other sin, as long as you ask for forgiveness with sincerity.... you'll have no problem making it to Heaven. God is compassionate and especially since Jesus died suffering on the cross, his blood cover our sins, as long as we ask for forgiveness. God knows that we all have the ability to change, that's why we all have the same chance to make it to heaven.

Definitely! They have to accept Jesus as their Savior and repent of their sins. Every sinner can go to heaven. Jesus died for all sinners.
To Courtney, you don't have to be good to get to heaven. The Bible says all of our good works are like filthy rags. And they can help it. The Bible calls that an abomination. It's a sin.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Being gay is not the issue. Having sex with someone of the same sex is the issue. Sex is for procreation and sex between partners of the same sex cannot create life. Being gay will not keep you out of heaven. Acting on your animal instincts though just might. We will know for sure when and if we get there how many gays are there and how they lived to insure they got there.
