No, they can't, i don't know what your daughters friend is talking about, As i said before, If she was to wear it backwards then maybe.. But isn't that a bit disgusting for her to be telling your daughter that thongs stimulate?

I was thinking the same thing, if they wear them backwards, maybe, I never tried it. I do know if they stimulated they would be sold out, by guys and single women across the nation, LOL. But silly girls don't know anything, that is why I am trying to build an open relationship with my daughter right now at 4 to talk to me about anything, so she won't end up getting the wrong information from her friends later. Anything she ask me right now, I talk about it, where she can understand it. She already knows about menstrual cycles. She came into the restroom one day and asked, so I told her. She is comfortable enough to tell me whatever..........Just let her know in casual conversation one day that she can ask you anything about anything, because most teens don't have a clue but you can give her the right info on any subject no matter what it is........

I have no idea what kind of thong they are wearing but i have never had that happen and I have been wearing them for years.
