When you're risking impotency by using a notebook on your lap thus overheating up the testicles, or by spending too much time in a bike saddle... Does that constute murder of innocent sperm cells, who like a foetus are a form of human life... And for that reason warrant the death penalty?

Alright, it's spelled fetus. It's however is spelled it's rather than its in this case, and sentences begin with a capital letter and end with a point. Where's yours, Stewie?

Nah, you carry on..(ha!)

And not to put to fine a point on it, should women be punished for not taking every given opportunity to procreate too...?

HMMM... Not having testicles or a motorcycle I guess I don't have to worry about murdering my sperm...Oh wait, I don't have any of them either. I would have to say it falls right in line with riding without a helmet. I do have a head so I try to make sure it's protected when on a motorcycle... I guess if I were a guy I should think about wearing a cup or something.

a sperm cell is not a living thing. it is not a child untill fertilization occurs. after that though, its a child and has every right to a full life. i am very much against abortion, but u cant kill a sperm cell because it is not living

All humans are not of equal worth or value. Some were better left to drown in the pool. Case in point.
