I am 13 years old. I like this boy very much but i don't know how to ask him out.

you sound really sweet...such innocence. anyways just walk up to him and ask him or if you have a mutual friend get him/her 2 introduce you to him.
If you are really really shy then try get his number from a friend of his. Send him a couple of texts and see if he replies. Get to know stuff about him eg likes/dislikes and what you have in common so that when you go out on a date you can have something to talk about other than the weather.
Try not come on too strong so as not to scare him away.
If he ain't interested please don't throw yourself off a bridge. There are plenty other fish in the sea

the best way is to find im alone and go up to him by yourself and show that u r confident. hold ur head high and ask him if he would kilw to hang out soon and want to get to know him better

find out what his interest are if its basketball save your allowance and buy 2 tickets and ask him if he wants to go and while your saving money find out all you can about his interest so u will have something to talk about and study up on the things.if he likes turtles read about turtles,if its racing read about it etc...in other words find a common ground and get interested in what he likes.GOOD LUCK

You need to concentrate when you're with him, look his eyes, keep in your mind that you're cool, be yourself, and don't worry.
But, if he gives you a NO, don't desperate yourself. Wait 'till he invites you out.

start by getting to now him
smile whenever you make eye contact
ask him casually of he would like to go see a movie or sumthing

Tell him:
Hey, what's up? (and after he answers tell him) Hey do you wanna go out with me? it will be fun...what you think?
and i wish you luck here.....and if he answers: OK, no prob.
then it's all good....
but if he says: i don't know, or: I'm busy, or: I can't, or: I don't think so...
it means he is not interested ion you, and you should find somebody else...GOOD LUCK!!!!!!
