Hi.. I have a question in purchasing dress to a 2 yrs baby girl... Does 2T mean toddler 2 years size ?? cos i purchased some dress which says toddler 2 years...

Yes 2T means that. But some children are smaller or bigger than what a size like that says. Like my cousin is 3 but wears a 2T, so ya.

Yes, in short. The difference between 2T and 24 mo, is that the T sizes are made for children who don't wear diapers (no snaps.) Also, while the waist may be the same, the legs are sometimes longer.

Well, maybe it does, but that really doesn't help to know whether it is going to fit a certain child or not. Every child is different taller, shorter, fatter, or skinnier. There is so much range at 2T. I just bought the next size up from what my son had previously been wearing when it got too small.

I would be very careful in purchasing clothing because all brands are different.

What is 2T in one brand might actually look like a 1T or 3T in another brand.

Yes, but be careful to try different brands on. Our daughter doesn't fit in some 2T outfits and does in others. Just heads up.
