Use a good deep-moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and then use Frizz-Ease hair serum. Try to let your hair air-dry as much as possible.

retire your blow dryer, straightner, curling iron. And above all do NOT pick at your split ends you are making it worse when you do. Also get a good trim when you get your hair cut; which should be every 7-9 weeks.

Use conditioner
Don't brush your hair when it's wet unless you're using a wide toothed comb.
Get your hair cut every 6-8 weeks.

Condition your hair everytime you wash it... or use cholersterol treatment, hot-oil treatments, or placenta (sounds weird, but it works).
