well there that whole pesky Seperation of Church and State thing...
Maybe we should extend that in your case to specifically ban YOU from running. By the way Reverand Phelps was looking for you earlier... was wondering if you were going to still be bringing the "God killed your son because he hates Fags" posters for the funeral protests..

OUCH! I've never been to Singapore but I'd have to guess they have their problems too. I'm not sure only Christians know how to run a country but I do think our justice system is suffering. I think we can thank the ACLU and the Supreme Court for that. In fact, those two agencies seem to be running our country right now. How about just some folks with good old common sense running the country. Wouldn't that be nice?

No christians shouldn't. If you want to live in a theocracy, then go right ahead. Yes, corporal punishment can be very effective and should be used. But you should not discriminate public officials on the basis of religion (unless they're fundamentalists).

Christiansarenotweak,
We are also not stupid. We can recognize a wolf in sheep's clothing, ya know.
That being said, that who idea of forcing faith on people kind of goes against the whole free will thing that God is so fond of, not the chaos and anarchy are what we are after, just that the above methods don't work in the long-run.

Nope, we live in the world but are not to be of the world- man's law rules here but Christians follow God's law... while we're in this world we've gotta deal with man's law, and those who make the law. The day will come when God's law will make or break every mortal, take your stand and be ready!

It's called freedom, and the seperation of Church and Government. Get used to it. Would you rather be in a place where you can be free to think, or be part of a nation that controls your every move? Besides, what good Christian would condone beatings just for talking back?

You are very, very sick. You would fit in perfectly with the Talibans, the Nazis, the KKK and all demonic spawns from hell that use "God" as a cloak, you know, like a wolf in sheep's clothing. You and those like you are a killer-virus that the sane people will eventually eliminate from the human race. Don't worry, the antivirus is being worked on as we speak.

Singapore is orderly? That part of the world has some of the saddest, most crime-ridden provinces in existence. I sure as hell don't want to end up like Singapore. And if it's so majestic you should probably move there.

Even though I'm a christian myself,my answer would be No.Even though I would prefer for them to be christian,I would much more prefer them to have good morals and standards in their life.Think of the outcome of an issue instead of spur of the moment decisions.
