I am a teenager and I am wanting to be a pro wrestler, but first I need to lose a lot of weight, and would like to start getting some muscle. I HATE MEAT and FRUIT, I don't eat it at all. And I know NUTHING about exercising or weight lifting. And where I live we don't have any gyms or anything like that. I would like to lose the weight as soon as possible, so I can start training! Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this without diet pills?

Just start exercising. Weight does not come off quickly.

Hi
Try this simple plan it really works so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

You can go to the library and find a few
books that would assist you. Find the
one that works with weight training and
also to tone for your muscles. You also
can skip. Alot of wrestlers use a wide
assort of training. You don't need to use
diet pills just being committed to a exercise
routine and eating healthly.

The main thing that you have to keep in mind is that your metabolism is, or should be, working like a well oiled machine. What you have to do is eat properly and the right things so that your body can have the proper fuel to function. Try eating 6 times a day (small meals of course)
