You need to visit a doctor. You mentioned that you already take medication for the problem so I would suggest seeing someone other than the doctor that prescribed it. There's no reason why you should have to suffer on a daily basis.

There is such a thing as Acute sinusitis. This is a severe sinus infection. You really need to see a doctor if you are in this much pain. Is the medication you are taking an over the counter type or a prescription? I have even known some people who have had to have an out-patient surgery in which the doctor will drain the sinus cavity to relieve pressure. You may also be having a combination of migraine or cluster headaches. Sinus problems and infections can be connected with migraine headaches. I have delt with this type of thing all my life and I have to take a 24 hour sinus and allergy pill, limit my exposure to things I am allergic to such as ragweed, smoke and smog. I also have other migraine relief products. I have had acupuncture done, and that has helped. You really have to find a doctor and/or allergist to work with to find the solution for you. Please make an appointment as soon as possible, life is meant to be enjoyed, and not endured through pain that is making you cry! You may also want to take a look at the amount of stress in your life, as that can be a big factor, you can discuss that with the doctor also. I'll say a prayer for you.

Migraine. Anyone who has experienced a migraine will know that it is more than a severe headache. Migraines generally involve acute pains, often over one eye and perhaps disturbed vision or flashing lights. There may be nausea or vomiting and sensitivity to bright light. Repeated attacks call for professional help. Self help treatments should be largely used as preventative measures. Diet needs to be looked at carefully; try to avoid tea, coffee, alcohol especially red wine, red meat, cheese, chocolate, tomatoes and eggs. Eat plenty of fresh, raw salads and drink lots of fluids as dehydration can be a factor. Try taking Vitamin B supplement daily and see if this helps to reduce attacks. In between attacks exercise to relieve tension in the neck and shoulders can be useful also massage these areas. A migraine can be triggered by all sorts of factors: hormone changes, stress, stuffy atmosphere, noises, smells and certain foods. Maybe keep a journal of when you get them the worse.

Definitely need a specialist, not your normal health care provider. Ear, Nose, Throat specialist is what I would recommend. You might have enlarged adenoids or polyps causing infections which do require antibiotics. You need a second opinion for sure!
