Eat nothing but celery and grapes, exercise at least an hour, take a break for the normal day routine, then a ninety minute exercise break, a couple of hours to relax, then sleep at least six hours and repeat the process. Water and non sweatened tea or coffee is o-k, no sodas or sports drinks. Good Health. PS Eating a pound of Sauerkraut a day is also o-k.

You should just eat fruit and vegetables and drink just water. It really is not hard to follow when you eat delicious fruit and vegetables like white nectarines, watermelon, and carrots. I am not sure if this will work for a losing a pound in ONE day, but in two days it will probably work. Oh ya and also exercise for at least 45 minutes a day while doing this.

First off, you shouldn't try to lose weight so quickly before speaking with your doctor. It can be very dangerous and unhealthy. Most medical professionals recommend losing about 2-5 pounds per week max.
Once you speak with your doctor, the best course to take is to modify your diet and do high-intensity exercise. One pound is about 3500 calories. You usually need about 2000 calories per day to function, so you'll need to reduce your calorie consumption by about 500 calories per day. You don't want to go below 1200 calories per day or your body will think you're starving and actually slow your metabolism. You can try things like eliminating soft drinks and drinking only water, eating lots of veggies and eliminating dairy products (but take supplements to make sure you get enough calcium). You'll also want to burn more calories by doing intense exercise. You'll need to work up in intensity though so that you don't injure yourself. Start out slow and then build up. Aerobics burns calories fast, as do running and biking. You'll probably want to exercise 30-90 minutes per day to reach your goal. Start out slow, make sure you warm up, then increase your workout every day. Again, speak with your doctor about the best course to take here.

I do not think that it is possible and if it is it would quickly be regained. I know Weight Watchers suggests a weight loss of 2 pounds a week. Other than Gastric by pass I have no idea. Good luck.......

I reduced my calorie intake to 1000 a day (takes willpower), that soon had me losing weght. I got down to about 10.5 stone from 11 stone in about a week, but as soon as i increased my calorie intake to justa little higher i went to 11 stone in 2 days, not healthy i imagine. Goodluck.

Don't! You will gain it all back. Just eat 5 small (good) meals a day and do alot of walking. It will come off slowly, but it will stay off if ytou change the lifestyle a little bit. Worked for me.

walk 30 minutes each day or 15 twice a day. and instead of talking on the phone and sitting you should walk around. or if you get bored of excercising, maybe you could watch a little tv while doing situps or something. hope this helps.

Slowly chop off a pound of flesh off a day. After a month or so, you won't have any limbs at all!
