The Best time is the time when she is ready and when the atmosphere is especially romantic. Try a little movement till you are near to her mouth and if she is readied, she will just join in naturally. But if she don't, then don't force your way thru' or even be disappointed. She may want it but probably not at that moment. So take your time and take your chance carefully. Don't rush into it. Try to make it gentle and as memorable as possible. However before all your attempts, ask yourself are you ready to go on to the next stage of your relationship. Only kiss if you are sure of that.

ill tell u right now, ull be out of breath, if u really love her. i say go for it on your first date. i did the traditional first kiss on a ferris wheel (my x), and it would have worked out better if her dad wasnt behind us. wait until u 2 are out of sight from everyone else, like in movie in back. my girlfriend now, and some girls are afraid that their parents will find out, the both of you need to be comfortable. good luck

Try not to do it on your first date. It will feel right. You can tell if she wants it too when she touches you or leans in for a kiss.
