Depends on your diet too, not just the fact your walking (that is good though). It is sorta like some people say to me "I have watched this exercise video for 7 days in a row while sitting on the couch drinking a beer and have not lost a pound" or "this diet food is low in calories so I had 3 or four of the dinners for lunch" :) I am not saying this is you I am just saying the diet goes with the exercise so good luck.

You'll need to walk at least 2 miles a day.
Don't forget to eat healthy and drink your
water. A pound will be real easy to lose.

If it is more than you usually walk, yes. It also depends on how much and how fast you walk. A 400 lb person who barely walks anywhere can probably lose alot by just walking to their car and back a couple of times a day if they aren't used to it!

Depends on the distance of your walk, the length of time you completed the distance, and your heart rate.

I had a much easier time increasing my energy and noticing the benefits of exercise by adding a little more fiber in my diet. I made myself love apples for a snack, eating whole grain toast, oatmel and a homemeade berry smootie. All these things are inexpensive and really good at cleaning you out, keeping you fuller for longer and increasing the energy.

It depends. To lose a pound, you'd have to walk 35 miles. You'd have to burn 3500 calories. If you keep it up, and are determined, it will happen.

Depends on how long and how far a walk you are talking about. If it is to your corner supermarket then no. A half to one hour of brisk walking then maybe.
