Animal Fat. If you don't burn more calories than you take in, you will gain weight. Some people gain it in the belly, others in the hips or legs. Honestly, this is a simple formula. Eat what you use, stay the same weight. Eat more than you use, gain weight, eat less than you use and loose weight.
I went from 198 pounds to 155 pounds in just a bit over 90 days by not eating animal fat, and staying active. I am so sure this works for every human ( and mot animals) that I can't see why it is so hard!
Oh, with the exception of some people who have an actual chemical imbalance. There are some people who are weight loss resistance. You can get that corrected if you can spend the money. For you guys, Hey! I know you are the best person you can be!
Still, the formula is simple! Really! I am 54, weigh... about 170. I am not fat, and I eat anything I want, in moderation!

All the deserts. The heavy sauces and the starches. If you eat small child like servings you would be ok.
Also setting at the computer all day goes right to your butt and thighs.

Pasta unfortunately. I love pasta. Cake. I love that too. Butter and cooking oils do, too, but I can live without them.
