I would like something easy to read, not like the King James version of the Bible.

I think you will find the Qur'an just as hard to read. Get the book THE MEANING OF THE HOLY QUR'AN by Abdullah Yusuf Ali. Use it in your studies, also. The Qur'an can be found in any bookstore in English and Arabic--side by side. Amazon.com has it, too.

Too bad these eggheads don't try to read it---they may find they have nothing to be so bigoted about.

Dont think theyre the same man the Quran is not holy Mohammad just makes up laws that fitted his life according 2 da Quran muslims r supposed to kill everyone who is not a muslim so i would go for the Word of God plz any q's email me

i also read & write a small bit of arabic 2 i speak rather well

as salaamu alaikumi have 3 but this is the best i have foundit is arabic text and translation by Abdullah Yusuf Ali and published by Tahrike Tarsile Qur'an Inc. here is the address Tahrike TarsileQur'an Inc. p.o.box731115,Elmhurst Newyork 11373-0155,you may be able to find them online i do not know. you can go to the website www.freequran.org , they provide free copies of the holy Qur'an and they are great, and free! also call 1 877 why islam and they will send you one.

i am in south africa. there are plenty of english qurans here.. yusuf ali is well known for his translation..
a local aalim has also translated the quran very well.
