I'm looking for a female chihuahua. It needs to be less than a year old, and not altered (as in spayed). I can pay up to $150 for her. Any ideas on websites for the search. I've been looking for months. Thanks

I'm not interested in breeding at this moment, but I would like the option later. I'm not against helping abandon animals at all! I'm completely for it!

I wouldn't recommend buying a dog over the net. Search your local newspapers, even put a dog wanted ad. It will be hard to find one less than a year old for $150 or less.
