Ok, let me roll up my sleeves here!
Technically you are supposed to do this but you should keep in mind you cannot save people who do not want to be saved. One reason some people are soooo against Chrisitanity is because Christians appear so pushy, 'holier than thou', or 'my way or the highway' like. No one likes to be chastised. So lead by example, live a good life and questions will come to you. Answer them the best you can, THAT is your opportunity! Do not tell people how digusting they are or how you are so much better than them, this will always push them away instead of pull them in. And the most important thing to remember is to 'remove the stick from your own eye before going after your brothers'' (or something like that). Just because someone smokes, or drinks or whatever doesn't necessarily make them bad people. Murderers are bad people. Some people are truly trying the best they can and maybe last week they were way worse and they are now doing fantastic by only smoking. You never know the whole story and you may have something in your life just as bad but different and you just don't recognize it. Keep perspective and don't think your so much better than anyone else. Don't pick up that rock unless you are without sin! (And no one is!)

If I became a christian I would Kill myself. As for the "lost ones", shows Xian arrogance. There are no "lost ones", and I get extremely offended when Xians come tom and try to shove their crap down my throat( preach the gospel). If I wanted to be part of their stupid CULT I would be. It's insulting, and just pain RUDE to PUSH your beliefs onto others. If Christianity was so great why aren't people flocking to join? I am an Asatruar, and we don't proselytize, but will tell anybody who inquires about anything they want to know. We would NEVER think of FORCING it on anyone. everybody must find their own path. No religion is "one size fits all" , and I'm find with the faith I have. And I'm NOT LOST. I also know more about Christianity than most Ministers/ Priests.

That's your whole job as a Christian, to preach and teach Jesus! (Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-16). But you have to do it right, not just any old way.

The Bible says that you must be HEAR the word (Romans 10:17); BELIEVE what you've heard (Romans 10:9-10); REPENT of your sins (Luke 13:3, 5); CONFESS (Romans 10:9-10); then Be Baptized for the remission of your sins, (Acts 2:38-41), because in baptism we put on Christ (Galatians 3:27).

Is that what you intend to teach, or is it something else? If it is ANYTHING ELSE other than what the Bible teaches, you will be held responsible for the souls of those you teach, and your own soul will be in hell for all eternity (Galatians 1:6-9).

I am not Christian and I will never be one again. Instead of trying to bring new ones to the fold, why dont you try to raise the quality of the ones that you already have first? I quit the religion because of the followers and some of their messed up thinking. That and my father is a Christian minister so I have had Jesus SHOVED down my throat for my entire life. I have cahnged religions and am very happy. i wont tell you what it is because you will just claim things that are not true with little correct reasoning as well as uneducated guesses. I hope you enjoy your life with J.C. and that it makes you happy. I wish everyone happiness with their personally Savior.

Yes Pastor. I think it is the biggest part of being saved. In order for you to be saved you had to hear it from someone else and so on and so forth. Besides if you found someone as wonderful as God why would you want to keep it a secert. Tell as many people as you can!!!!!!

it is the duty as said in the bible that all christians should in one way or the other, 'preach' or spread the word to everyone they know and then 'Jesus' himself will talk about you the same way u talked about Him to God in the book of life. if u tell others about Jesus, then Jesus will tell the Father about you. even if it's a child or relative or even one person, find a way to acknowledge that God is real and there for us. we can't just keep the benefits of our God selfishly to ourselves. care about them enough to save them from going onto the wrong path of punishment

for sure! that's one of our mission and purpose why we were called by God...to preach the Gospel to the whole world esp to the lost ones! people wont ever know God unless, us christians who are His disciples, tell them about Him and about His love for us.. right pastor??
