How to make a mocha?

Answer 1

Tbsp. ground MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, any variety

3 cups cold water

2 cups milk


PLACE coffee in filter in brew basket of coffee maker. Add water to coffee maker; brew.

COOL completely. Pour coffee into pitcher. Add milk; stir until well blended. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

SERVE over ice cubes in 5 tall glasses. Add sugar to taste, if desired

Ingredients:
1 c. milk
spoons
whipped cream
shaved chocolates (optional)
1 1/2 tbsp. chocolate syrups
1 1/2 oz. espressos


Steps:
1. Place chocolate syrup in bottom of a tall, thick glass or large mug.

2. Prepare 1 shot (1 to 1 1/2 oz.) of espresso. (See "How to Make an Espresso" in the Related eHows section.)

3. Steam the milk.

4. Add 3/4 of the milk to the glass or mug and stir gently.

5. Add the espresso and stir again.

6. Add the rest of the steamed milk.

7. Place a dollop of whipped cream on top of mocha and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or cinnamon for decoration.
