i dont have a digital camera but i saw a friend do it and i cant figure it out

You should be able to use the software that came with your printer/scanner. From the software/application, click on the scan option. You should be able to see the progess on the screen. Then it should bring up the image when the scan is complete. It all depends on the software you are using. When you save, tell it where you want to save it to. I have an HP scanner now. At first I had Epson. They worked differently. Either way, it allowed me to view and save the image when it was done.

scan your photo save it in Documents, afterward open documents and find photo open photo and right click on photo save as background or screensaver etc. Hope this helps, good luck
