Sometimes, norton is not powerful enough to work, so use Ad-aware or spybot. It seems as if you have a serious problem.

If it persists after using either programs, use ewido antimalware.

It may be that your PC has had it, so if that is the case, get all valuable data (work and stuff) and use system restore or the recovery disk.

Good luck

to solve the folowing problem: ''Norton antivirus 2005 doesnot support the repair feature, uninstall and reinstall'', you must unistall and reinstall Norton antivirus and/or norton internet security on your computer, i had that in mine a couple of times, i'm used to unistall and reinstall norton internet security in my pc.

Norton aint so hot to be honest , best to download adaware from lavasoft, go to google or yahoo search and type in lavasoft and click on the offical site and download it for free, let that run when installed , and it should list everything on your sytem that should not be there, it will also remove it to, good luck and i hope this cures your problem.

Download this and run it:

http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=7

Put a check next to "Run this program as a task".
You will receive a message saying Look2Me-Destroyer will close and re-open in approximately 10 seconds. Click OK
When Look2Me-Destroyer re-opens, click the "Scan for L2M" button, your desktop icons will disappear, this is normal.
Once it's done scanning, click the "Remove L2M" button.
You will receive a Done Scanning message, click OK.
When completed, you will receive this message: Done removing infected files! Look2Me-Destroyer will now shutdown your computer, click OK.
Your computer will then shutdown.
Turn your computer back on.

If you receive a message from your firewall about this program accessing the internet please allow it.

If you receive a runtime error '339' please download MSWINSCK.OCX from the link below and place it in your C:\Windows\System32 Directory.

Some viruses or adware is smart enough to outwit this method, but you can try system restore. I am assuming you're on XP. Start menu> Help& Support> System Restore.
