Hello Rachel I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling very low especially as it would seem that you are not from the UK. Please do phone the Samaritans or Child line as suggested by other Q&A users. The Samaritans helpline is manned 24/7 so you will find someone there readily available to talk to you.
You will have no concern that anything you say will be repeated to anyone else as everything it treated with upmost confidence. The Samaritans is run by people like you and me oridinary people who have been through a great in their lives and are able to offer you a listening ear so that you can tell them what is worrying. Maybe you are not well and need medical care, or you just need someone to talk to because you are feeling lonely.
Please whatever the reason do phone them straight away. Help is just a phone call Rachel.
Do try to get a good nights rest as you will fee so much better in the morning after a good nights if that is possible. But meantime we are thinking about you and wish you well.
Do take care, goodnight Rachel. Love from Annette xx

Is the samaritans a free phone number? If not then ring them and ask them to ring you back. Im sure they would?
If you are in your teens you could try childline free phone 0800 1111
Maybe a friend or relative?
Good luck. xx

Yes, the Samaritans are best, and their phone number is
08457 90 90 90
Not sure if it's a freephone number but it will be local rate if not free.
Also, their website is good.

Samaritans - http://www.samaritans.org/ or 08457 90 90 90 (not free, but local call rate)
Or ChildLine is open to children and young people - 0800 1111, and it's free
