For a fist time impression I think it was very unprofesional, and I think it was slack on his part, did he even ask you your name first, but guy"s will look,it is obvious that you are attractive I would of not fixed my eyes on your breast though but instead have made a different conversation all together, like what is your name for starters, and are you from around here,he should of been more polite and not so personal at first

Yes, I think you have overreacted, but just a little bit... Maybe you were upset, or tired, or simply put not in the mood for such conversation. No, I don't think he was acting unprofessionally. After all, he did a great job on the nails, right? You said it yourself ! Maybe a little too cocky, or shall we say, tactless, but not rude, sleazy or demeaning to you. And one question to you: did he stopped talking like that once you got uncomfortable? Because if he did, it means he observed he was going the wrong way and stopped in order not to offend you. That would mean being considerate, after all. I think next time you should go directly to him; don't base your judgments on a one time experience. Eventually, you might end up deliberately seeking his services... even if the start was kinda on the wrong foot. But if he turns annoying, cut him off ! Take care !

He was very unprofessional. The next time u go in if she cant get to u right away just tell them u will wait or come back because u really prefer for her 2 do your nails. U shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable in any situation.

Nope, I don't think you were overreacting. In fact, I'd either call the store's management and tell them, or talk to the lady who usually does your nails and tell her.
When you go in next time, try to make an appointment with the lady you like. If you have to go in without one, then just say "No thanks. I'll come back later" if you're offered his services, and walk out.
Don't worry; nobody's going to think you're rude for saying that you'd prefer a different person.

I think he was just trying to be funny. I get that too and it doesn't bother me. I just go a long with the guy. He was doing his job and wanted to make conversation with you. My gosh, he didn't grab you did he. Chill out! If you don't want him to do your nails then don't, just tell him you will wait.

Most of the time guys talk with out thinking especially when it comes to stuff like boobs and their feelings like that... as for the rest of the stuff it sounded like he was just trying to make conversation...I'd not worry about it....

He does nails for a living. Don't sweat it. The guy is desperate to prove he's not gay. Next time your lady is busy and he offers to do them just say, "Aw, no thanks. I want to catch up on my gossip" or something along those lines.
