I think people just randomly answer questions. Like me for the most part.

This may help answer your question. Religious people are always on the attack.

When you scan through the Religious & Spirituality section of Yahoo Answers, it’s very obvious there are messages and messengers. It’s also very obvious the majority of Religious Believers attack the messenger rather than the message. Religious people tell non-believers they are sinners, Satan’s children dammed to Hell, must repent or they will be tortured for eternity unless they change their way and start believing in God.

On the other hand, Non-Believers tend to break down the message into its commonsense and logical parts, debate and dispute the details, and try their best to offer a hand of compassion and guidance to the messenger. Non-believers offer condolence and sympathy to religious people in the hope they will find a better and happier life if they would just stop believing in God and walk away from religion.

Most religious people attack the messenger rather than trying to understand the message, and don't behave in a decent manner like non-believers because they lack intelligence.

It looks like you got a few sensible answers on your witchcraft question. I think a better question would have been: "Pagans, have your Gods ever answered your prayers?" That seems a bit more respectful, and less "witchy". Many of us older Pagans often resent the constant references to magic and spells when we know there's more to being Pagan than that. Not really an aswer, just a rant.

Before I make an attempt to answer a serious question I will view the posters' profile and see what kind of questions they have asked or answered in the past. If I can determine that they are sincere, I will give it my best shot to answer their question honestly.

Sometimes. It depends on if the person is familiar with seeing the person's name in that specific field. The answerer may not know much about the person, just what type of questions the person usually posts.
