LAY ON YOUR BACK with your knees up in the air, the thighs kinda resting on your torso. After a minute or so, this should bear fruit. * Also, peppermint is supposed to be good. Peppermint tea for example.

hmm, I actually sort of roll around a bit, hop up and down, and try to belch it up as well as encourage it out the other end. With various degrees of success. If it can't be belched up or expelled any other way, then I give up and just wait for the discomfort to pass.
I have never asked a medical professional about this, as it doesn't bother me very often. But that might be a good idea.

Have a tumbler of chilly milk and an added solid mint. i've got have been given some, i might get them to you if i ought to.... works a take care of. I have been given it in mattress the different night and interior 5 minutes it become long gone.

Jump on a trampoline. That'll stir things up. Also change your diet. Eat one type of food at a time rather than mixing things.

Well if you mean internal air..Your best bet is standing on your head up against a wall. I know it may sound strange but think about it hot air rises!!

juniper berries is a home remedy my grandmother use to use. It did work and if ever have the issue I do use it. They do taste HORRIBLE,but are available at your local health food store.
