The answer to your questions depends upon what you mean as facts that God was real. If you mean direct empirical evidence, no. There are indirect facts and reason that can lead someone to conclude that there is a God. The four major lines of reasoning are The cosmological argument, the ontological argument, the teleological argument, and the moral argument.
If you google any of these I'm sure you will find some wonderful cases for and against each of these arguments and then you may decide for yourself.

All people that don't believe God is real,
You are the prosecutors, so the burden of proof is upon your shoulders,
while us defenders, just have to provide a shadow of doubt that He does exist, therefore I say He exist, so I have nothing to prove.

Spirituality isn't based on fact...it's based in faith. Believing in what you don't see. It's easy to believe in something you see, but the challenge is to believe in something you don't see. That is where faith comes from.
