You need to enroll in a course that teaches converstional English. There is also a lot of software out there that purports to teach you a language, but you can't beat actually talking to another person.
Check your YMCA or adult education program in your local school system.

If I understand your question tu quieres aprender Ingles, then I would say follow Lopez advise people say they learn with it. Ingles Sin Barreras, but also try to find a school or program in your vecindad puede ser menos dinero. good luck. p.s. also you can go to the public library and rent tapes.

me parece que estas buscando un 'intercambio' de clases de conversacion. Pues, ponte en contacto con una universidad cerca de ti que tiene una facultad de espanol. Alli encontraras mucha gente que intenta mejorar su espanol en cambio por clases de conversacion de ingles. Yo lo he hecho y ha funcionado muy bien. Tambien matriculate en un curso de ingles para extranjeros, asi aprenderas toda la gramatica tambien, conocer a gente y diverirte ademas. Ver la tele y peliculas, leer periodicos y revistas tambien te ayudara. Buena Suerte!
