Well tomorrow around midnight pacific time Mars is suposed to appear almost as big as the moon, so that seems like a good time. This is the closest Mars has been to Earth in over 2000 years. At night is the best time to look though for sure.

That is such a hard question to answer because I love the sky! I love to look at it when it's blue with white fluffy clouds. I love to look at it when it is stormy. And I love to look at it at night when it's full of stars.
