Are you talking about the box at the top of your browser window where you type the name of the web page that you want to go to?
If so, you can click anywhere in the box (on any letter therein), the writing will turn blue, like it's accepted, then hit , delete, or just touch the space bar once. The harder and longer way to do it is click on a letter and hold down the delete or backspace button until it's gone.
Then hold down the other one (delete or backspace, whichever you didn't use before), till the box is clear.
If you want to clear something else, I'm not sure what you want, if it's not the history box. That is somewhat more complicated.

(im assuming you have Internet Explorer)
go to the Tools drop down menu in your browser and go to Internet Options...Under the General tab and under the History section click on the button that says Clear History.

Are you making use of the Yahoo! toolbar. if so, click the down arrow. you need to work out an ideas button. click that and choose clean seek history. while you at the instant are not making use of the toolbar, then click on kit on the top of your browser. flow to information superhighway ideas. click the delete button next to surfing history. on the botton, click Delete All.

Good question, why is it in religion and spirituality?
Not going to report you, but I suggest you delete your question and ask it somewhere else so that you don't lose nine points from a question in a bad category.
