Drug the "Insert Formula" command off of the Toolbar now it is gone completely. Where did it go?

Customized the tool bar by adding the Insert Formuls command to it then inadvertently drug it off the toolbar, now it is GONE all together.

Sorry the program is MSWORD 2000 Premium. Drug the Insert Formula command from the customize window to the toolbar then inadvertinly drug it off and now it is GONE entirely from all locations.
