Find something that inspires you.
This is what I did:
Whilst browsing the local paper a few years go I found an advert for the local adult education centre. I looked through all the courses and find 'Introduction to Counselling'. I'd always been interested in counselling so thought I'd sign up.
Four years later I'm still studying! Part time studying is really great when you're a mum, a lot of colleges have creches or you could go in the evening and get hubbie to babysit. I'm nearly qualified and am starting my work placement next month, counselling children and young people. Find out what interests you, it could be learning a new language, watercolour painting, massage, yoga, anything, and WAKE YOUR BRAIN UP!!!

Do you have anyone that can give you a break? You definately need time for yourself without feeling guilty. It doesnt help that you dont feel support either. If you cant manage to find a sitter try to escape in your bathroom. Lock the door, light some candles have some wine play some music and let all the stress molecules fall right out of your overexherted stressed muscles. Hang in there..........:)

hey been there done that. my man made me feel like a complete kitchen appliance. even though he had the mental capacity of a duvet cover and i am qualified to masters standard, he still managed to make me feel worthless. f.uck them i say. go get yourself dolled up, look i the mirror and see your life flash in front of you. then walk out the door and spit on the useless bastard as you walk past. come back next morning as nothing had happened and let him know this is the way things are going to be from now on. Got rid o my man, then he was begging me back when he seen how successful i had become. F.uck them! buy yourself a vibrator, take up a new hobby with your kids. no woman should EVER be made to feel brain dead.

Go to Ann Summers and buy a Rabbit and a bucket of lube. A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.

What are your interests? What stimulates your passions for life? What is one thing that you would give up everything else in order for you to have it? Your life may be in a rut, but you have the power inside of you to step out of that rut. Choose to think differently about your situation, I know you can do it if you try. I will be willing to help if you want to chat. dbignell@sbcglobal.net.

i believe you! Join a Mommy group so you can have adult conversation w/ women in the same situation. Use it or lose it honey - unfortunately that little saying is true. I feel the same way on a bad day.

get out walking on your own - you need some 'ME' time - i was so stressed i got a couple of dogs and i walk them two or three miles everyday - i know it sounds naff but it really does help you unwind and cope with all whats going on at home - you will meet laid back people in serene places and believe you me its the best stress relief ever!

being a male i dread the day that my wife would fell like that, but has that situation arose out of your low sex drive to your husband and his complacency to your reluctance to shag him which has pushed him away from you?
go to him and ride the life clean out of him and give him pleasures he can only imagine, this should reignite the love between you and your man.
a healthy sex life is the answer to all you problems
