If your running track in long distance, is it best to bring powerade or water?

bring both...the night before eat and drink stuff with a lot of carbs like bread or powerade/gatorade...power bars are good. And get mucho sleep. store up as much energy as you can

Powerade is basically sugar water. The extra sugar in it should give a quick boost of energy but it doesn't do as well in replenishing the body. So before you begin the run I would go with Powerade, but if you are trying to restore after the run water is better.

Powerade or Gatorade will restore you better than water can when it comes to long distance.

Both, water is better to cool you down and powerade will rehydrate you if you have been sweating.

Gatorade does not hydrate your body as well as water... trust me, i run track!
