While I will wait for the evidence and hope that this finally is the guy, part of me looks at the fact that this guy was in prison in a part of the world that makes our prison system look like a summer camp. I wouldnt be suprised if he lied to get extradited to the good old USA.

Who knows? I've read that he's had an obsession with the case, and 2 others of little girls, for years. His ex-wife says she was with him every year at Christmas, therefore he couldn't have been at the crime scene at that time. If he is the killer, why hasn't he come forward before? I think he's a lunatic, like the other 50+ that have "confessed" to the crime. Only time will tell if he's telling the truth. If the DNA evidence doesn't match, then no, if there is any to match. I think he's a fruit loop, and probably a child molester. But did he do this specific crime? I doubt it.

Spiritually, I can feel his guilt so strongly that hurts my soul to even look at him.

But my human insticts tell me he is not the killer.

Regardless whether he is found innocent, or guilty, I think he should be held responsible for her death.

In fact, if he turns out to be innocent, I feel the penalty should be even higher because only a sociopath would do such a thing.

No. We will find out for sure when the DNA evidence is released.

Sandy thinks he should be responsible whether he is guilty or innocent. I think we should put Sandy in prison for life for molesting some little girl which she did not do.

Honestly I doubt it. On a weirdness scale though, He has a good run for first place between Michael Jackson and Charles Manson!

the cops are pretty determined to get what they want over there, maybe he was forced to admit and is planning to have them send him back to the u.s. where it will be safe for him to tell the truth and not get a beating....

thats what i would do if they tried to use imoral methods to get me to confess to a crime i did not commit.

he can't confirm any details.... and altough he is a convicted
sexual offender, his "victim" had consented and this was proven.
i don't think he did it at all.

No way, He said he picked her up from school, it was the Christmas holiday, they also have photo proof that he was with his wife. Either this guy is really nuts or he justs wants publicity.

I don't think he killed her. He is trying to play the world and get rich. He said he was with her when she died, never said he killed her. He thinks he is brilliant, and he is going to go into this, get movie deals, and books, and be acquitted of the charges because he was not there. I hope it backfires and he gets convicted.

It's difficult to say - we can only base our decision on what we are hearing in the media. Trust me, the media writes to "sell papers". It will have to be ironed out in the courts.
