Isn't Scooter Libby on trial for lying to a grand jury? The case might have closed by now. He was a chief of staff for VP. Cheney. The lie was in regard to blowing the cover of Valerie Plame, the WMD expert on Iran. By the way, the US now has no intelligence concerning WMD's in Iran because when the Bush administration outed her, her network of informants went with her. Nice move.
