I've quit smoking. It just felt nasty after awhile. My chest would hurt sometimes, usually after a long day of puffing. So I got rid of it. And now I have no more pains. And I can taste and smell much better. I guess that's why people gain weight when they quit. Everything tastes so good! On top of that I have been introducing more fresh produce to my diet, instead of canned. They just taste so much better.

I also drink more water and I make it a point to exercise at least 3 times a week. I have more energy, I sleep better, increased my metabolism, and drinking lots of water actually curbs my appetite.

Lose weight, I didn't know that losing weight could make so many differences in your well being, and the way you feel. I know it is good for the heart to lose weight, but I have also lost the heart burn, as it is called but is in fact the gases being to high in the stomach, and burning the esophagus. But also I no longer have hemorrhoid's, or at least I no longer have a problem with them.
