I need a new toaster? What is a good brand?

Any recommendations? Mine is soooo old and I really need a new one I need a brand thats cheap but good ... Any recommendations?

Looking around the internet, it appears the consnesus for a cheap reasonably good toaster is the Hamilton Beach CoolTouch 2245- for about $15.

I think there must me websites out there that have product ratings.
Honestly, I have had several toasters and the more expensive ones with the different settings don't make much difference in the toasting. My $10 toasted just as well as the $50 one I have now. Just get the right size slots you want for the bread you use. And keep the box and everything that came in it (including the plastic wrapping) in case you want to return it. You can always return it even if you have used it.

Get a toaster oven instead. Then you can make more types of things with it and your toast will come out great! May I suggest a Black & Decker Toast R Oven? Received ours almost three years ago as a Christmas gift and it's been great.

There are a lot of good brands now, I would buy whatever has the best price and the features I want.

I could sell you the one I've been using for about 14yrs, cause I went back to my much older one. I like it better. It toasts more
evenly.
But the other one still works, I had bought it cause it has larger slots to toast Bagels etc.

Hello, get one from Wal-Mart. They are nicer.
