Eat smart. Try 1500-1700 calories a day (use the larger one first, and reduce by 100 calories every week or so ONLY if you aren't losing), with 25% of that from fat. You can eat most fruit and veggies until you explode (save the starchy ones like potatoes and bananas which actually have some fat in them). Get an hour of cardio exercise every day, drink 8+ glasses of water a day, and like the other poster said, stear clear of processed foods and especially too much sugar. Eat lean proteins like fat free or low fat milk products (yogurt, cheese), boneless, skinless chicken breasts, fish, beans, even lean pork. You want to stay away from beef though. The first week on a diet like this you'll lose half of that in water, around 5-7 lbs, then 1-2 lbs a week after that (anymore and it's not healthy).
As for calorie and fat content, look it up on places like this: fitday.com, and http://www.caloriesperhour.com/

You probably could look this up yourself. And you probably don't want to know that it is vegetables, Fish, lean meats, poultry, no sweets or soft drinks and stay away from fried and processed food. Eat smaller amounts of food. Exercise daily.
