I have a friend who is colour blind and she still sees colours but in a different way. I would imagine that would be the same if you were completely blind, your brain would interpret your thoughts for you in a way that you would understand. If you have had sight at some time in your life, that would affect your perception, and if you have always been blind, your brain would show you an interpretation which would be similar to how you interpret day life during the day.
Helen Keller has written stuff on her experience of being blind, also I found this good website below with their answer for you, interesting thinking about it tho.

yes they do
blind people have senses which are far better than a normal sighted person. We are made of the energy so one less sense is made up elsewhere.
Seeing with the inner eye is to look inward not outward. When u look outward the images are formed on the retina a n the sesor carries the message,so we see.Yet when we sleep our eyes are closed and we see images and objects without them falling on the retina.the objects we see in our sleep come from our internal awareness or being, and they are just there.
For this same reason we can see our whole life flashing before our eyes. These are experiences are srtored in our system and can be reaclled i wid specific triggers

yes they have dreams. My grandmother was blind but she wasn't her whole life. I know all of the other senses worked in her dreams so it is like dreaming by hearing sounds and things like that. I can't remember if she could still see in her dreams or not.

Blind people do have dreams.
But their dreams are based on how they experience the world.
They may not 'see' things in their dreams like sighted people, but they experience the sounds/smells/textures, etc just like when they are awake.

Dreams aren't only about sight. Dreams have sounds, smells, textures, just like real life does.
