Believe it of not, obsessing often serves a logical purpose. Often people fall into the habit of obsessing about familiar fears as a means of distracting the mind from lesser explored anxieties and concerns.
Solution:
Stop trying to control the thoughts. Simply take notice the next time you start obsessing about the pic again. Ask yourself what you feel anxious or uncomfortable about in that very moment, that is unrelated to the pic. You'll likely find something else is bothering you but the picture is just where your brain has learned to "go" whenever you feel stress and have nothing else to distract you (like at bed time).
Once you figure out what's really keeping you from sleeping or getting on with things, then the obsession loses its hold. This may take a little practice. I think many people go through this briefly at some point. If you get really overwhelmed by this I'd recommend seeing a psychiatrist. Best to you.

I'm not a psychiatrist. So you can't really expect that my advice will be very good, but I done embarrassing things that I still think about and get that yucky feeling that's like I can't believe I said or did that. However it doesn't keep me awake. Have you tried letting yourself have that thought or feeling and letting it go so you can go to sleep. Whatever picture you gave can't be as bad as some of the stuff that some people put out there all the time. Relax

You seem like you are young. Learn now not to worry and have regrets. Learn to move on. Live in the present and get the most out of it.
"What if" is a psycho place to go. Forgive yourself. You made a mistake. At least, in your eyes. I can say it is no big deal to me but it is you who are suffering.
Distract yourself with a boyfriend or girlfriends or school work or athletics or long walks writing poetry in your mind. Love youself. Life is so short.

You learned your lesson, now let it go. If anything bad comes from it you can worry then. But why live through imagined scenarios ahead of time, unless you like torturing yourself?
When you start to think about it, force yourself to think about something else.

I don't think you really need to worry about it. Unless you gave out any real information, the picture won't be worth much.
