The rates vary, but it depends on their aftercare plan (i.e. what they do after rehab or detox). I would recommend finding support, be it therapy, AA/CA meetings, Smart Recovery (an AA/CA alternative), etc. Continuing to talk about whatever problem(s) were causing you to use in the first place would be helpful and attending meetings/therapy/groups would offer you support and help to prevent relapse.

The answer varies according to the treatment modality (social modal, behavioral), the length of the stay and whether or not the person admitted/accepted, they are addicts. Meetings are crucial and we must know that the power to stay clean is of GOD. The drug is five percent of the problem, th other ninety-five percent is in our thinking and/or belief system.

i don't know but my boyfriend is one! he's been clean for about 4 years!
