I'm specifically concerned about smoke from grills and gases from stoves. Thanks so much

You can cook on propane stoves, and have almost no fumes. When you sit around the fire, sit upwind. I love wilderness camping in N. Canada. Up there, hardly anybody has trouble with any allergies. Setting tents up 50' upwind from fire and cooking area cuts down smoke and fumes to almost zero.

Try taking a caravan with you as well. OR If you go to an outdoor shop they can advise, get a tent you would take to Africa, That would have to be a full proof tent. Good luck and enjoy

You're out of luck, just take strong allergy medicine.
