I don't know when I am gong to die, just that I am. And I believe in Jesus. But I still fear death and I don't know why.

God doesn't make anyone go to hell. But God doesn't make anyone go to heaven either. Salvation is as simple as accepting it.
We all live many lives and dying is nothing new to our spirit. Our
spirits came from Heaven, and when we die they return to Heaven. Jesus told the disciples, "I am leaving now, and where
I am going, you know the way."
You are already having dreams that are real experiences in the spirit world. Your loved ones comforting you. There is nothing to
fear, but fear itself.

This poem was written by a terminally ill young girl in a New York Hospital.

It was sent by a medical doctor - Make sure to read what is in the closing statement AFTER THE POEM.

SLOW DANCE

Have you ever watched kids

On a merry-go-round?

Or listened to the rain

Slapping on the ground?

Ever followed a butterfly's erratic flight?
Or gazed at the sun into the fading night?

You better slow down.

Don't dance so fast.

Time is short.

The music won't last.

Do you run through each day

On the fly?

When you ask How are you?

Do you hear the reply?

When the day is done
!

Do you lie in your bed

With the next hundred chores

Running through your head?

You'd better slow down

Don't dance so fast.

Time is short.

The music won't last.

Ever told your child,

We'll do it tomorrow?

And in your haste,

Not see his sorrow?

Ever lost touch,

Let a good friendship die

Cause you never had time

To call and say,"Hi"

You'd better slow down.

Don't dance so fast.

Time is short.

The music won't last.

When you run so fast to get somewhere

You miss half the fun of getting there.

When you worry and hurry through your day,

It is like an unopened gift....

Thrown away.

Life is not a race.

Do take it slower

Hear the music

Before the song is over.

This a poem that I had written I hope that it will lift your spirits and to encourage you not to have fear of dying. It's called, "Life." I had lost all joy and hope, my heart was filled with much despair. I walked out into the sunlight, to breathe the clean fresh air. I walked a mile or maybe two, I ask myself, "why feel so blue?" I looked around me-seeing there, daffodils, green grass, bluesky, but clouds were forming too. Then the rain fell gently down. I walked on back towards town. I told myself the clouds must come the rain must fall, if not the daffodils will never bloom, nor the daffodils will never bloom, nor the green grass grow. So, this is life, to live it fully to know it's beauty, we must accept the rain it is our duty. Clouds disappear, the sun will shine on joy and love, our hearts will dine.

Well. If this is indeed a sincere question. (coz alot of these come from bored teens). I will say, live life the way you want to. Find what makes your heart sing and do that. if you like to drink. DRINK! if you like to help people. Help other people. IF you like to draw. Draw! etc... Do things you normally wouldnt do. But defintely, make your choice now about were you want to spend your eternity. Even if you have believed your whole life that heaven and God does not exist, why not play it safe? Why put your soul at risk? Even if you dont believe in an afterlife, why risk it? Ask God for forgiveness, accept him into your heart.

Because matter can be neither created or destroyed I believe a part of you in the vessel U call a body is a small piece of the universal cosmic consciousness. When U die its not the end of the game, U will join that cosmic consciousness from whence U came

If you fear death and are asking humans about it, you don't really have faith and belief in God. Be honest with yourself, ask God's forgiveness, and stop looking for spiritual assurance on free public internet boards.

"Although the time of death is approaching me, I am not afraid of dying and going to Hell or (what would be considerably worse) going to the popularized version of Heaven. I expect death to be nothingness and, for removing me from all possible fears of death, I am thankful to atheism."
-Isaac Asimov

Listen to cheech (the above answerer), his answer is better than mine or any other's.

We can never be saved because of what we do; we can only be saved because of what Jesus Christ has already done for us. Let me explain.

Our greatest problem can be put in one word: sin. Sin cuts us off from God, and sin also keeps us out of heaven. But how can we get rid of our sins? We can't erase them or cause them to disappear by ourselves; we don't have the power. The only way we can get rid of our sins is for someone to come along and take them away for us.

And that is exactly what Jesus Christ did for us. We are weighed down by the burden of our sins—but Jesus took that burden upon Himself when He died on the cross for us. To put it another way, He took the punishment we deserve when He went to the cross in our place. The Bible says, "For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God" (1 Peter 3:18).

What must you do? Simply believe that Christ has taken away your sins, and then receive Him into your heart and life. The Bible's promise is for you: "To all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God" (John 1:12). Become God's child today by asking Christ to come into your life.

Sorry to read that. May your passage be peaceful. We're all going to get there too, sooner or later. Try and leave with a smile, it makes the passage easier sometimes.
