Hire an assassin.
To ... threaten them once in a while.
Make some elaborate pranks .
Or ask some Family Member what to do . Ask one of those friendly Family Members.

First NEVER respond. NEVER say a word, even when asked a question, even if falsely accused.
Take Martial Arts, and practice. EAT in total silence, responding only to direct questions from your parents.
Do not accuse, never run when leaving. Never lower your head.
In silence, look directly into the eye, shoulder straight.
You must act as thought they are not there. If the take, let it go,
offer no resistance.

get a video camera some where and tape the bully or something like that or get something on them and blackmail them LOL...it has a way of humbling a tough sibling...but seriously...tell your mom and dad, ...but get the proof first and if that doesnt work. tell your parents you are going to get help from school.
