13 is too young to think about who is for you or not. Age 13 is time for you to enjoy learning about home things and enjoying learning about sports and just making contacts and having fun in groups.
It's not proper to stare at a person, and definitely not proper for someone to stare at a person in church. People are in church to pray and don't need distractions.
When "you" reach 18 you can date him if he is still around. Otherwise it's a jailbird problem for him if he comes after you before then so don't encourage him.

There is a lot of difference in your age but things aren't always what they seem. Talk to him, become friends but try not to move so fast because your young and you don't want to ruin your life so quickly.

your too young for him doll. sorry. and you dont know unless you get goose bumps and electricity plays allover your body and you never ever want to stop looking into his beautiful eyes and if he seems to look at you the same way. then i know what your talking about and thats real and age isnt an issue any less forget him.
