When I make alot, I take out what I need for that day,
cool the rest and bag it and put it in the freezer.

I do not trust seafood leftovers long. (2 days tops)!

Also this way, It's already made and I can even take out a handful
and add it to any dish I am making in the future.

seafoods use in a 2 days to be safe some say 3 for fish shellfish 2 ideally or its tuf ..

It depends, if theyre stored in the freezer or refrigerator.

Store in freezer for longer lasting shrimp

If they've been in the refrigerator, keep them about a week, if they're in the freezer mayble double that time...
