Ask yourself, are you committed to the guy you're with now? 'Cause if you are, then you wouldn't be liking another guy, right? If you tell your current guy, he'll get angry with you and a breakup could happen. Guys have fragile egos, it'll ruin them. But since you say, "you can't live without him" he's probably really special and he'll understand but most likely he won't show you his anger. If you don't tell him, you guys don't have trust in your relationship. Either way, someone is going to get hurt..
One word of advice.. Actually five words.
DON'T LIKE THE OTHER GUY!

Have them as friends and try getting a new guy for a boyfriend.
The truth could be that you just like these guys yet you are not ready to move a step further.

how much do these guys like you?
you current, would he be devestated if you left him
your crush, does he know how you feel, does he feel the same?
your not the only person in the equation, consider the guys before you make a decision
and if you cant choose, stay with them both, they do it all the time!

take a 'breather' from the one, go out with the other one to see if he's worth it, if not, go back to the other one.
