If the wing is good, it should stand alone without so called "dipping sauce". Ranch is the easy tacky way out of making any decision. Think of what you like. Do you like ginger chicken - if so look in your cookbook or online for ginger sauce. Do you like mustard - go to McD's as you can't beat their hot mustard no matter how you try. Ranch is sugar, cucumber and mayo so make your own if you must. Garlic sauce - rosemary sause. Try what you like - the decision is really endless and sauces are easy in the food processor.

You can try ranch dressing or even honey mustard

or you can try making your own:

1 cup mayonnaise

6 ounces Maytag blue cheese, crumbled

6 ounces plain nonfat yogurt

1/4 cup buttermilk

3 tablespoons seasoned rice wine or white wine vinegar

Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, buttermilk, vinegar and half of the blue cheese until smooth. Stir in remaining blue cheese and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Ranch is quite popular!
But you can make a great peanut sauce, with 2 cups peanut butter (I prefer smooth), 1/4 cup coconut milk, Juice from half a lime, and a little Thai red chili sauce. I say a little because you will want to season it in to taste. That stuff can light up up!!!

1/2 cup Texas Pete's hot pepper sauce mixed with 1/2 sour cream and a heavy shake of black pepper. YUM (You can substitute Tabasco Sauce, but I prefer Texas Pete's)
