Don't like any, but I think Tsunami would be easiest because drowning doesn't touch nerves and oxygen deprivation though scary is painless. 1st degree burns are bad enough I definitely wouldn't want burns bad enough to die from ( you did say fire not smoke). A book or...landing on toes...can be painful too so not tornado or earthquake which will have heavier things falling on or hitting me.
In any case, I think disaster is worse for the survivors. It's hard to see loved ones die.

i dont want to die in those kinds of situations but if i had to choose i would go for the tsunami since before that happened i would probably be lying on the beach nice and relaxed and tanning lol
i didnt choose the other because i dont want to be spun around and around in a tornado..i dont like the feeling when theirs an earthquake and i dont want to be burned alive because that would hurt..*ouch*

These are all fu**ed up ways to die man.
You left out all the quick and painless ones.
If I have to pick, I would say earthquake.

I would rather die in an earthquake. I wouldn't want the pleasure of drowning or the horrors of hell from the fire. Actually, I'd rather just not die of either but you asked.

I would choose the WORST one of the four because it would be the quickest. A TERRIBLE tornado would be faster than a small version of any of the others, in other words. ZAP! Dead. Nobody would choose to suffer slowly.

Earthquake - probably the most painless. Either falling or having something quickly crush you.
